Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world excluding addresses in the US state of Illinois. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We use Royal Mail 24 for the vast majority of UK orders, and Royal Mail International or private couriers for the rest of the world. UK orders should take 1-2 days from despatch to arrive. International orders vary, please contact us if you require a time frame.
Please note, we will not accept orders from the US state of Illinois.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within hours. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Orders that benefit from a discount may be returned. If only part of the order is returned the discount may be forfeit. The difference will be made up with any refund that may be due.
A phone number and email address must be provided when ordering, if delivery is failed or delayed due to contact details not being provided your carriage charge may not be refunded in the event of the goods coming back to us.
